Welcome to Hotel Aesthetics. By booking and attending an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information
Hotel Aesthetics is a professional aesthetic clinic providing a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
All clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to treatment, during which treatment details, desired outcomes and possible risks will be discussed.
Our qualified practitioners provide services with the utmost care and in adherence to industry standards.
We strive to ensure that clients are fully informed and comfortable throughout the treatment process.

2. Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total treatment fee on the day of your appointment.
All bookings are subject to practitioner availability, and Hotel Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with
notice when necessary.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Appointment:
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment without penalty if done 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled time.
Deposits will be fully refundable or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment:
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client’s deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferable.
Clients cancelling within this timeframe are not eligible for rescheduling without a new booking and deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in automatic loss of the deposit.
Repeat no-shows may result in a restriction from future bookings at Hotel Aesthetics.

4. Refunds and Satisfaction Policy
Our goal is to provide the best aesthetic results for each client. However, treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the results, clients are encouraged to discuss concerns during the post-treatment review period.
All treatments are non-refundable once provided, as the results of aesthetic treatments depend on factors beyond our control, such as individual skin and body response.

5. Age and Consent Requirements
All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment.
A signed consent form is required before any treatment, acknowledging that clients understand the procedure, possible side effects, and aftercare.

6. Health and Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history and information prior to their treatment.
Hotel Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse effects that may arise from withheld or undisclosed medical conditions.

7. Privacy Policy
All client information is handled in strict confidence and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We do not share or disclose any personal information to third parties without explicit consent.
